PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a mirror device for a vehicle reducing cost and facilitating assembly work. SOLUTION: A door mirror device for a vehicle 10 is assembled in such a way that a visor rim 28A is assembled to a frame 12 to which a housing mechanism 14 and a mirror surface adjusting mechanism 17 are fit, with an elastic hook 30 and a stiffness hook 34, and the visor rim 28A and a visor cover 28B are assembled by fitting an engaging hook 36, a projecting hook 48, and the visor cover 28B to the periphery of the visor rim 28A. A conventionally used joining component is made unnecessary, a cost is reduced, an assembling tool is made unnecessary, assembly man-hours are reduced, and therefore, the assembly work is facilitated.
