PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizer contracting an installation space and reducing an installation cost, and a vulcanizing system using the vulcanizer. SOLUTION: More than one stages of vulcanizing presses, each of which constitutes a mold assembly consisting of a mold, a tire and a bladder are arranged up and down in a superposed state and one mold opening/closing device displaced up and down is arranged adjacent to them and one shaping unit is further provided.
