PURPOSE: A PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) case system for easily performing a telephone call is provided to conveniently perform the telephone call by installing a microphone and a speaker in the PDA case system in which a PDA is installed. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(101) interfaces telephone transmission information of a PDA. A modem(104) modulates telephone transmission information inputted through the interface unit(101) to be suitable wireless communication environment, and demodulates received telephone association information. An antenna(102) transmits an output signal of the modem(104) by wireless, and transmits a signal received by wireless to the modem(104) by wire. A codec(105) processes a voice signal transmitted and received from the modem(104). A microphone(111) receives a voice of a user, and transmits the received voice to the codec(105). A speaker(108) outputs the signal processed in the codec(105) as a voice. The speaker(108) is located at an edge of a left side of an upper end of a rear surface, and the microphone(111) is located in the center of a lower end of the rear surface.
