<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an ETC function to operate even when a terminal body function cannot be used because of battery exhaustion. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device is provided with first and second batteries respectively and separately provided for a first circuit block 20 for operation inherent to the mobile terminal device, and a second circuit block 40 for a nonstop automatic toll collection system. The second circuit block 40 may be incorporated in a battery pack.
