PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibrator wherein an object substance can be detected efficiently even if the object substance cannot be specified, and in which operability is excellent, the cost for detection is reduced, and a working time can be shortened. SOLUTION: The crystal vibrator is characterized by including: a crystal plate having a plurality of recessed parts the thickness of the bottom of which is made different; exciting electrodes oppositely provided to the recessed parts of the crystal plate; and a reactive substance reactive with an object substance to be detected and formed to each exciting electrode.
