SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a solid electrolytic capacitor that prevents an air gap from being formed in a fused portion and a join port of the capacitor element when an end of an anode portion of the capacitor element is irradiated with laser light from a direction crossing the laminating direction of the capacitor element, and to provide the solid electrolytic capacitor which is manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: Connection members 60 are provided at ends 11B to 41B of anode portions 11 to 41 of four capacitor elements 10 to 40. Primary connection portions 61 of the connection members 60 abut projection portions 11C to 41C while straddling them and are electrically connected to the projection portions 11C to 41C by being irradiated with laser light. The laser light irradiation is carried out from the opposite sides of the anode portions 11 to 41 from the primary connection body portions 61 abutting against the ends 11B to 41B to a direction crossing the laminating direction of the capacitor elements 10 to 40.
