PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body transfer apparatus capable of transferring a care-receiver humanly in a non-contact resting state. SOLUTION: The human body transfer apparatus 1 has a transfer table 2, a holding part 3, a moving actuator 4, a lifting actuator 5, leg parts 6, a base 7 and wheels 8. The transfer table 2 is lifted by the lifting actuator 5 to adjust the height of the transfer table 2 to the height of a bed in which the care-receiver lies. The long side edge part of a sheet on which the care-receiver lies is held by the holding part 3, and in this state, the holding part 3 is moved to the other side of the transfer table 2 by the moving actuator 4.
