PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for glaucoma containing thiadiazoline derivative or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for glaucoma containing a thiadiazoline derivative represented by general formula (I) [wherein n is an integer of 1-3; R1is a hydrogen atom and R2is a lower alkyl or R1and R2together form an alkylene; R3is a lower alkyl; R4is NHSO2R6(wherein R6is hydroxy or the like); R5is an aryl or the like] or its pharmacologically acceptable salt.
