PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven stapler capable of performing a continuous stapling operation exceeding the capacity of a staple magazine. SOLUTION: The motor-driven stapler to work with the staple magazine loaded which stores a staple sheet formed from linear metal wires adhered parallel with one another is furnished with a staple sheet storage part 12 formed in the stapler body for storing laminated staple sheets and a magazine storage part 11 formed behind the staple sheet storage part for accommodating the staple magazine M. The arrangement further includes a staple feeding mechanism 13 to draw out staple sheet from the staple magazine and supply into the staple sheet storage part, whereby the staple sheet supplied into the storage part is drawn out by a staple feeding mechanism 14 and supplied to a forming and driver mechanism part.
