A cassette for carrying a glass substrate is provided to improve productivity and work efficiency by changing the installation position of a side plate rapidly and easily according to the size of the glass substrate. In a cassette for carrying a glass substrate comprising a plurality of side plates(10) having a slot(11) to support both sides of the glass substrate and a cassette body(20) separating the plurality of side plates, a hooking protrusion part(13) hooked to the top of the cassette body is formed on the top of both ends of the side plate. A ball plunger(14) is installed on both sides of the side plate. A ball of the ball plunger is inserted to a fixed maintenance groove(22). A guide protrusion(15) preventing the movement of the side plate toward the front/back direction is formed on both sides of the side plate, and a guide groove(23) where the guide protrusion is inserted, is formed on the inner plane of the cassette body.
