A cold and warm mask capable of being applied according to the shape of face is provided to restore the swelling of the face within a short time by the chill of an ice pack and to smooth the blood circulation of the skin by a warm pack. A cold and warm mask has a plurality of partitions(23) for inserting plural ice packs and plural warm packs(17) into a face mask(5). The ice and warm packs are selectively put into the divided compartments according to the shape of the face. And then, a user puts on the mask through bands(13). The chill of the ice pack relieves the swelling of the face and improves elasticity of the skin by contracting the face and the skin. The heat of the warm pack reduces wrinkles by promoting the blood circulation.
