A reinforcing structure of sides of a rubber boat is provided to protect the rubber boat from a reef and has durability by adhering a reinforcing plate made of GRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic) or a synthetic resin on an edge of the rubber boat. A reinforcing structure of sides of a rubber boat includes a rubber tube(120), an upper plate(130), a side plate(140), a first fixing member, a supporting member, a second fixing member, and a third fixing member. The rubber tube is adhered on both sides of a boat body(110). The upper plate and the side plate are adhered on an upper part and a side part of the rubber boat respectively. The second fixing member and the third fixing member are adhered on both ends of the upper plate and the first fixing member and the second fixing member are adhered on both ends of the side plate for dividing the upper plate and the side plate lengthwise.
