PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image receiving material which has satisfactory photolike luster and smoothness, has high photolike image density, and further has print quality superior in pellicle quality such as flaw resistance and scuff resistance after printing. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image receiving material having a toner receiving layer on a base has a heat insulating layer, formed of at least one layer of hollow particles and particles of thermoplastic resin of≥0.1μm in mean particle size and 40 to 140°C in softening point, between the base and toner receiving layer.
