PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens-driving device for easily assembling devices, even when being provided with a circuit board comprising an image sensor and a control circuit. SOLUTION: The lens-driving device comprises guide shafts 1a, 1b for guiding a lens holder 6 holding an optical lens 4 in the direction of an optical axis, a base member 1 for airtightly sealing an image sensor, and the circuit board 2. A drive mechanism for moving the barrel holder 6 in the direction of the optical axis includes an actuator control IC 22 for forming the control circuit, a permanent magnet 9 and a coil 12, in a relation in which one is movable and the other is immovable, a magnetic member, i.e. a yoke 11, and an insulation member i.e. a coil holder 10 for holding the coil 12, attached to the circuit board 2 and has insert-molded terminals 17, 18 connected to the coil 12.
