A channel duplexing system and a channel duplexing method of an EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) solution using the same are provided to guarantee high availability by replacing one hub in which a disk, a MQSI(Message Queue Series Indicator) or a queue manager has an error, with another hub. When a storage disk of the first hub has an error, the second hub detects the error and a channel change execution shell is driven(S100,S110). The channel change execution shell transfers an error report message to a server 'A'(S120). A channel duplexing shell of the server 'A' changes channel-related interfaces by executing a queue adapter corresponding to the second hub to activate a channel of the second hub(S130). The second hub performs the same execution process as that of the first hub through the execution elements of the first hub(S140).
