An electret for high temperature, a fabrication method thereof and a microphone comprising the same are provided to have good high temperature charge characteristics. An electret(20) comprises a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a heat-resistant fluorine resin. The second layer includes the heat-resistant fluorine resin and ceramic dielectric particles. The heat-resistant fluorine resin of the second layer is PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene), PFA(Perfluoroalkoxy), FEP(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene resin), or PVDF(Polyvinylidene Fluoride). The ceramic dielectric particles are SiO2, Si3N4, TiO2, BaTiO3, PBZO3 or BN.
