A nail pressure grouting packer apparatus is provided to perform pressure grouting easily by packing only the opening of a nail in soil nailing required of pressure grouting. A nail pressure grouting packer apparatus for packing a perforated hole fitted with a nail comprises a hollow pipe(50) inserted to the outer circumferential surface of a nail(17) inserted to a perforated hole and fixed to the front end of an opening of a perforated hole of the nail with a nail fixing pin, a screw handle(60) screwed on a thread(50a) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the left side of the hollow pipe, a casing connection pipe(61) located on the outer circumferential surface of the hollow pipe, a hollow casing(62) connected to the casing connection pipe at one end to house the hollow pipe inward, many rubber tubes(70) connected to the other end of the hollow casing with a casing ring(71) and connected with a guide ring(72) at the middle and outer ends, and an end adapter(80) connected to the outer end of the rubber tube and screwed on the outer circumferential surface of an end located in the perforated hole of the hollow pipe.
