PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with improved heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: An indoor heat exchanger 6 is a heat exchanger carrying out radiation with respect to air from a supercritical CO2 coolant, and it is provided with a plurality of plate fins 11 and a plurality of heat transfer tubes 12. Rows 61-72 formed by arranging the heat transfer tubes 12 in a direction crossing an air flow are formed four rows or more from an upstream toward a downstream of the air flow. The plate fin 11 is divided between at least one adjacent rows 61, 62. The coolant flows from the heat transfer tube 12 belonging to the row 72 in a downstream side of the air flow to the heat transfer tube 12 belonging to the row 61 in an upstream side of the air flow.
