PURPOSE:To obtain a compact circuit capable of corresponding to the acceleration of an input AC signal by connecting a 1st transistor(TR) for positive clip operation and a 2nd TR for saturated current operation to an input signal in parallel, adding an output from the source electrode of the 1st TR and an output from the drain electrode of the 2nd TR and outputting the synthesized signal. CONSTITUTION:This full-wave rectifier circuit is constituted only of two FET TRs 31, 32. The FET TR 31 for positive clock operation cuts off the negative side of an input wave by the bias voltage Vg of a gate G and extracts only the positive part from its source electrode S. The FET TR 32 for saturated current operation saturates the positive side of the input wave, inverts the polarity of only the negative part and extracts the inverted wave. When output waves from both TRs 31, 32 are added, an output added by inverting the polarity of only the negative part of the input wave without inverting the positive part is obtained. The level of the resultant output is adjusted by the DC bias voltage Vd of the drain D of the TR 32. |
