A food information book and a cooking guide system and method are provided to obtain a large amount of information through the food information book and apply cooking method information contained in the food information book to cooking appliances. A cooking guide system includes an RF(Radio Frequency) tag set and an RF reader(3) for selectively reading information stored in the RF tag set. The RF tag set includes a design part, an RF tag(2), and a conductor. The design part includes designs related to food. The RF tag stores food information related to food corresponding to the designs. The conductor prevents the radio frequency of the RF tag from RF communicating with the side of the design part, which is opposite to the side on which the designs are provided. The RF reader performs RF communication with only the RF tag. |
