A method of cooking lotus root with various colors by soaking lotus root in any one selected from various mixtures is provided to obtain lotus root useful for children. Lotus root is washed, peeled, cut to an appropriate size and dehydrated. The lotus root is soaked in any one selected from a mixture of apple vinegar, lemon juice and raw water, a mixture of persimmon vinegar, lemon juice and gardenia extract, a mixture of black vinegar, lemon juice and spinach juice, a mixture of pomegranate vinegar, lemon juice and beet extract, a mixture of black vinegar, lemon juice and grape powder, a mixture of black vinegar, lemon juice and black sesame and dehydrate. The lotus root is heated for 2min, dehydrated and soaked in any one selected from a mixture of citron extract and kiwi juice, a mixture of citron extract and green tea powder, a mixture of citron extract, pomegranate powder and strawberry powder, a mixture of citron extract and Cirsium setidens powder and a mixture of citron extract and soy sauce for more than 12hr. |
