PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a device to execute a command even when a driver of the device is not installed in a terminal. SOLUTION: The terminal transmits a device identifier of a device and a command to the device to a device management system, and a device management system stores the device identifier received from the terminal in association with the received command in the storage means of the device management system. When the device identifier of the device and the command to the device are stored in associated with each other in the storage means of the device management system, the device requests the command to the device management system, and acquires and executes the command.
