<p>A light emitting device with a light emitting diode is provided to control a color temperature or a color coordinate of the white light by individually driving diodes mounted on respective layers. A light-emitting diode package(100) includes a substrate, a first light emitting unit(110) and a second light emitting unit(120) inside the substrate. The package body is composed of the substrate. The etched multilayer region is formed at the top layer inside the substrate. A first layer region is the deepest layer of the multilayer region of the substrate and is formed in the center or the left/right side of a second layer. Reflective plates(115,125) formed in the circumference of the first and second regions is formed to be inclined. The first light emitting region is formed in the first region. The second light emitting unit is formed in the second layer region. The light emitting diodes with different size are positioned in the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit.</p> |
