<p>An odor removing system for a thermophilic liquid fermentation apparatus is provided to remove odor by sucking gas generated during the thermophilic liquid fermentation into the system, repeatedly circulating the gas, and simultaneously maintaining the system at high temperatures and extremely reducing the amount of gas exhausted to the outside. In a system for removing odor generated by a thermophilic liquid fermentation process, an odor removing system for a thermophilic liquid fermentation apparatus comprises: the thermophilic liquid fermentation apparatus in which the thermophilic liquid fermentation process is carried out; and a circulating pipe(30) for sucking gas exhausted from the thermophilic liquid fermentation apparatus into the system and repeatedly circulating sucked and exhausted air, thereby preventing the gas from exhausting to the outside to remove odor. The circulating pipe is installed aslope to facilitate that the air flows smoothly. The system further comprises a bio-filter(40) installed at one side or both sides of the circulating pipe to filter a small amount of an odor-generating gas component that is partially exhausted to the outside through the circulating pipe. The bio-filter includes a filter media part(41) and a collecting box(43). The thermophilic liquid fermentation apparatus comprises an aeration unit including underwater motors(11(1)-11(4)), ejectors(13(1)-13(4)), and air inlets, the air inlets including first air inlets(15(1)-15(4)), second air inlets(17(1)-17(4)), and conversion valves(19(1)-19(4)); a foam removing unit including motors(21(1)-21(4)), rotary vanes(23(1)-23(4)), and defoaming units(20(1)-20(4)); and outlets(25(1)-25(4)).</p> |
