A device for prevention of posttraumatic esophageal stricture contains intubation tube with a ballon installed on it and pipings. On balloon surface the concentrically addition balloon is placed. The external balloon is made elastic and thin-wall, and internal one - plastic and detachable. The diameter of plastic balloon is equal to postoperative internal oesophagus diameter. |
