The prepolymer in the matrix part comprises 10-50 wt.% of polyurethane prepolymer of formula (I) having 5000-50000 of number ave. Mw w.r.t total amt. of the sealant compsn.. The inorganic filler in the hardening agent part comprises 5-65 wt.% of calcium carbonate having 0.7-10 micrometer of particle size w.r.t total amt. of the sealant compsn.. In the formula, R1 is C5-15 aliphatic cpd. or aromatic cpd.; m is 100-1000; n is 1-100.
