PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for placing a concrete column, lightweight with excellent workability and removing property and applicable to construction of concrete columns of various height and cross-sectional dimensions. SOLUTION: The form 1 for placing the concrete column has a spacer 2 surrounding the outer periphery of a placement space of the concrete column, and an air mat form 3 surrounding the outer periphery of the spacer 2. The air mat form 3 comprises a plurality of vertically stacked air mat form members 4. The air mat form member 4 is formed in bag shape having a divided part at one circumferential part at least and formed in predetermined shape by filling compressed air inside, and has partition walls for dividing the internal space into a plurality of partition spaces arranged in a circumferential direction.
