PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a scouring prevention mat which facilitates the operation of installation on the bottom of the water, is hardly deformed on the bottom of water, and prevents the generation of rust and the like. SOLUTION: This scouring prevention mat is constituted by superposing a resin sheet and a resin mesh-shaped body on each other. The resin mesh-shaped body is woven with yarn which is formed of one or more fibers having heat-sealable resins exposed on a surface, and the heat-sealable resins are heat-sealed to each other by heat treatment. The mesh-shaped body which is composed of warp and woof is woven by using a warp-inserting raschel machine. The mesh-shaped body is excellent in abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, the strength of an intersection point, bending fatigue resistance, shape recovery, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
