PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a base material having a lyophilic part and a liquid repellent part to be used to form a highly fine pattern by suppressing wet spreading and oozing of a liquid film forming material, to provide a composition used for manufacture of the base material, and to provide a method of forming a conductive film, an electronic circuit, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a base material having a lyophilic part and a liquid repellent part on a substrate 1 comprises the processes of: (1) forming a coating by applying, over the substrate 1, a composition including (A) a polymer having at least one group selected between a group having an acetal bond and a group including a silicon atom, (B) an acid-generating agent, and (C) a compound different from (A); and (2) irradiating a predetermined part of the coating with radiation. A method of forming conductive film comprises forming a pattern 6 by applying and heating a film forming material for conductive film formation over the lyophilic part formed at the radiation-irradiated part of the coating on the substrate after the process (2). An electronic circuit and an electronic device are provided using the method of forming the conductive film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
