Disclosed are an allocation processing method and device. The method comprises: determining an allocation parameter used for allocating a measurement identifier (ID) or a report ID to one or more predetermined applications; and allocating the measurement ID or the report ID to the one or more predetermined applications according to the determined allocation parameter. By means of the present invention, the problem in the related art that a measurement ID or a report ID cannot be flexibly allocated is solved, and a measurement ID or a report ID can be flexibly allocated, which can provide guarantees for allocating a measurement ID or a report ID to an important application. |
