The present invention relates to a natural liposome comprising hyaluronic acid, which comprises: 2 to 9 wt% of a natural emulsifier, 1 to 5 wt% of a natural antiseptic, 1 to 20 wt% of hyaluronic acid, and a residual solvent with respect to total weight of the natural liposome; to a producing method thereof; and to a cosmetic composition comprising the same. In addition, the natural liposome comprises: at least one natural emulsifier, a solvent, and a natural antiseptic as a liposome structure material; and hyaluronic acid as a collecting material.
