The present invention relates to a surface plate assembly for supporting an engine of a vessel. The surface plate assembly for supporting an engine of a vessel comprises: a support frame arranged by multiple plates arranged in a transverse direction and a longitudinal direction; multiple support frames installed on the lower surface of the support frame; and a steel block member installed on the upper surface of the support frame and stably fixing the engine of the vessel. An entrance space unit which a transporter for moving the support frame enters is formed between the adjacent support frames. Therefore, there is no need to assemble the engine of the vessel in a limited space on the ground where a large crane is installed, and the engine of the vessel can be assembled in various spaces on the ground without limit to the space.
