摘要 Disclosed is a method for joining a metal sheet and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) composite sheet, capable of simply joining the metal sheet and the carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite sheet by using a laser heat source only. The method for joining the metal sheet and the carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of surface treating wherein a joining surface of the metal sheet is micro-surface treated with a high frequency pulse laser beam to form a scratched surface; a step of loading the metal sheet on a jig such that the scratched surface makes contact with a joining surface of the CFRP composite sheet, in a state that the metal sheets are overlapped; a step of compressing the CFRP composite sheet and the metal sheet, together by operating an electric magnetic disposed on the jig; and a step of heating the CFRP composite sheet up to a melting point of the CFRP composite sheet using a heat transfer of the metal sheet by placing a high frequency heater proximal to the outside surface of the CFRP composite sheet corresponding to the scratched surface of the metal sheet while maintaining the CFRP composite sheet and the metal sheet in a compressed state.
