The vehicle sun visor has a shrouding of two sections of thermoplastic polyolefin film of polypropylene, EPM or EDPM and polyethylene. They are welded together by high frequency(HF) welding, free of an edge and with an inner welded beading. The welding appts. has a generator with a power of 11 kW and a frequency of 40.6 MHz using a film of 0.7 mm thickness.
