The present invention relates to a moisturizer using powder of dried radish leaves and a method for manufacturing the same by using dried radish leaves. The method for manufacturing the moisturizer using powder of dried radish leaves comprise the following steps: washing radish leaves, which have been cut out from radishes, with drinking water (S1); primarily drying the washed radish leaves at room temperature (S2); finely chopping the dried radish leaves (S3); secondarily drying the chopped radish leaves in a high temperature dryer (S4); crushing the secondarily dried radish leaves with a crusher so as to form into powder (S5); making a moisturizer by putting honey in the powder of dried radish leaves and mixing together (S6); and aging the moisturizer in a cold room (S7).
