The present invention relates to a flux coating device for a tank, which is an aluminum cold forging product. The flux coating device for a heat exchanger tank for automobiles, having an improved structure comprises: a base frame (10) having a long length in a direction of the product processing; a conveyor (20) mounted on an upper part of the base frame (10) and automatically transferring a tank; a lateral fixing frame (30) vertically installed on a lower part of the base frame (10) by crossing through the base frame (10); a flux applying roller (40) installed on an upper surface of the base frame (10); a pair of first flux inner supply rollers (50) fixed to the inside of an upper part of the lateral fixing flame (30) to be rotated; and a pair of second flux outer supply rollers (60) fixed to the outside of the upper part of the lateral fixing flame (30) to be rotated. The flux coating device for a tank prevents flux from being scattered and enables the flux to be uniformly applied to an application surface. |
