The present invention relates to an image providing apparatus. The image providing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an internal speaker; an output terminal of a headphone; and a control unit to output a processed audio signal to the internal speaker and the output terminal of the headphone by processing the inputted audio signal when an input for an audio output to the internal speaker and the output terminal of the headphone is present. The control unit provides a sound output menu including a category indicating the audio output of the internal speaker and the output terminal of the headphone when the headphone is connected to the output terminal of the headphone. Therefore, the image providing apparatus can output the audio to the internal speaker and the output terminal of the headphone when the headphone is connected to the output terminal of the headphone. |
