PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor good in cleaning property over a long period and excellent in durability and an electrophotographic device using such electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: at least a charge generating layer, a charge transport layer; and a protection layer on a conductive support in this order. The protection layer includes: a photocurable resin; and a metal oxide subjected to surface processing with a silane coupling agent. The metal oxide contains tin oxide, zinc oxide, or titanium oxide. The silane coupling agent is a graft polymer containing at least one of the silane coupling agent coupled with a metal oxide portion in its side chain, a photoreactivity portion, and a lubricity portion containing at least one of fluorine and silicon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
