PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting having a joint-like part and an improved design, along with a manufacturing method for the fitting.SOLUTION: Two insertion parts 52, 52 that are in a close proximity with each other of two adjacent decorative members 5, 5 are inserted respectively into insertion grooves formed on a core material 2. A boundary part of the two insertion parts 52, 52 inserted into the insertion grooves is a joint-like part 31. The joint-like parts 31, 31, ... appear as a joint of a fitting 1. The joint-like part 31 is made deeper as the insertion groove is made deeper. In other words, a design with a depth at the joint-like parts 31, 31, ... is obtained that gives a three-dimensional impression.
