PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide iron lithium phosphate having an olivine structure exhibiting excellent conductivity of small primary particles, stable crystal structure and high density and high process efficiency which is advantage of secondary particles.SOLUTION: There is provided olivine type iron lithium phosphate having a composition consisting of secondary particles formed by aggregating primary particles with average particle diameter (D50) of 50 to 550 nm and having average particle diameter (D50) of 5 to 100 μm, where the primary particle and the secondary particle are represented by the formula (I), and having porosity of the secondary particle of 15 to 40%. LiFeM(PO)X(I), where M is selected from Al, Mg, Ni, Co, Mn, Ti, Ga, Cu, V, Nb, Zr, Ce, In, Zn, Y and a combination thereof, X is selected from F, S, N and a combination thereof, -0.5≤a≤+0.5, 0≤x≤0.5, and 0≤b≤0.1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
