PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device being more user-friendly even in environment which is undesirable to utter voice and even in environment having large noise, and an information processing system.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device includes: a storage unit for storing lip movement recognition data; an imaging unit for photographing video including at least a lip part of an operator; a lip movement recognition unit for recognizing an operation to be executed by comparing movement data of the lip part of the operator obtained from the imaging unit with the lip movement recognition data; and a control unit for performing an executable operation according to the lip movement recognition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
