The present invention relates to an electrode cutting apparatus for forming electrode tabs for a secondary battery by cutting one side ends (scheduled tab portions), not coated with active material, to the same length in two or more sheets coated with active material. The electrode cutting apparatus for forming electrode tabs comprises: a first cutting part which is located below an introduction part through which scheduled tab portions are introduced, and moves upward to come into contact with a bottom surface of the scheduled tab portions; and a second cutting part which is located above the introduction part, and moves downward while intersecting the first cutting part in order to cut the scheduled tab portions projecting from an end of the first cutting part; wherein a supply tube adapted to supply lubricant between the first cutting part and the second cutting part intersecting each other in order to cut the scheduled tab portions is installed inside the first cutting part and/or second cutting part.
