The present invention relates to a battery jump device for a vehicle including a safety device. More specifically, the battery jump device for a vehicle including a safety device has a circuit breaker arranged on a jump cable which connects a discharged battery to a power supply battery when the discharged battery is charged to enable the circuit breaker to cut an electrical current automatically when a connection between terminals of the discharged battery and the power supply battery is established erroneously to different electrodes and produces a high current, thereby preventing accidents such as battery explosion or fires due to erroneous electrode property connection of the battery. According to the present invention, the battery jump device for a vehicle including a safety device, which is for charging a discharged battery by connecting the discharged battery with a normal battery, includes: a jump cable including clamp-shaped connection terminals individually arranged on both end parts to respectively connect the positive and negative terminals of two batteries spaced apart from each other; and a circuit breaker which is electrically connected to the jump cable to cut a current exceeding a rated current when the current flows on the jump cable.
