PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method and an installation jig capable of accurately and easily installing a peripheral device with respect to a processor that is a reference.SOLUTION: Provided is an installation method for installing a peripheral device with respect to a processor that includes a guide member for linearly guiding a moving member in one direction to reciprocate. A laser oscillator 21 for oscillating laser beam LB in parallel with the guide part 9G of the guide member 9 is provided on one end side of the guide member 9, and a target bracket 25 having a target 23 for applying the laser beam LB is detachably provided on the other end side of the guide member 9. Alignment adjustment is carried out by detecting the change of the irradiation position of the laser beam LB with respect to the target 23 when one of the laser oscillator 21 or the target bracket 25 is appropriately moved along the guide member 9G, then the laser beam LB is oscillated to the peripheral device 15 side, and the peripheral device 15 is positioned with respect to the processor 1 with the laser beam LB as a reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
