PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output automatic adjustment method of an infrared heater which heats and melts a molten surface at predetermined melt temperature, even when temperature of a deposition surface of a deposition object changes.SOLUTION: An output automatic adjustment method of an infrared heater 10 is configured to measure temperature of a molten surface 2 of a melt object 1 by a radiation thermometer 50, then input the temperature data to a controller 40. The controller 40 sends a required output value to a power output controller 30, and the power output controller 30 outputs predetermined power to the infrared heater 10. The power output to the infrared heater 10 is measured by an AC current measurement tool 20, then the measurement value is sent to the controller 40, and the controller 40 calculates a correction value of the output value, then sends the correction value of the output value to the controller 40. The power output controller 30 corrects output of the predetermined power to the infrared heater 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
