PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which is held easily at a predetermined position of components in the manufacturing process, and excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A reactor is formed of a coil having a wound part, a magnetic core combining a plurality of core pieces and gap members interposed therebetween, and having a portion disposed in the wound part, an interposition member interposed between the inner surface of the wound part and the magnetic core, and having a core holding portion for positioning each core piece while ensuring the interval between the plurality of core pieces, a case for housing a combination body of the coil, magnetic core and interposition member, and a sealing resin filling the case and sealing the combination body.
