The apparatus and method is for definitely measuring the flow of the oil in supplying the oil by use of a pump mounted on the oil supply vehicle. It comprises an oil tank(20) mounted on the vehicle(10); the pump(50) pumping the oil of the tank(20) to the oil supplier(80) by using the power of the vehicle engine(30); a direction control valve(70) for opening the pipes connected to the oil supplier(80); an air separator(81); a pulse generator(83) converting the mechanical motion of a flow meter(82) into pulse signal; and solenoid valves(S/V1, S/V2) get open or closed by a controller(84).
