<p>Thiepin derivs. of general formula: X and Y, independent of each other, are H, Cl, Br, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy groups; R1 is H or CH3; R2 is H or lower alkyl group; R3 is H or lower alkyl. R2 and R3 together with the N-atom and opt. with an oxa-, imino-, lower alkyl imino, hydroxy-alkyl imino or alkanoyloxyalkylimino group, may form part of a saturated 5-7 membered heterocyclic group. Adrenolytic- and centrally inhibitive properties e.g. sedative activity, narcosis-strengthening activity. By reacting a reactive ester of a hydroxyl cpd. of the formula: with a cpd. of formula or with a metal cpd. of an N-acyl deriv. of a lower alkylamine.</p> |
