Coating agent (as in P1644769.1) consists of modified aminoplasts which have been produced by mixed condensation of substances containing NH2- and/or -CONH2 gps. and aldehydes with linear polyesters having av mol wts of 600-3000, which have been produced by esterifying mixtures (I) and (II), wherein mixture (I) comprises: 70-99 mol. % of 1,4-bis-(hydroxymethyl)-cyclohexane and 30-1 mol % of one or more aliphatic or cyclo aliphatic diols, in which OH functions are separated by 2-8C and opt. up to 2 of the C's can be replaced by O, which in their turn should be separated by at least 2C's, and mixture (II) comprises 91-33 mol % of one or more aromatic or cycloaliphatic acids and/or derivs thereof, and 9-67 mol % of one or more 4-12C aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and/or derivs thereof. |
