The structure includes a z-cut LiNbO3 substrate, a waveguide which is formed by proton diffusion, a SiO2 buffer layer which size is similar to the waveguide, a chrome electrode strip which is deposited on the middle part of the buffer layer, and a ground electrode which length is similar length to the buffer layer.
